What: * Insightful Parenting is a therapeutic support group for parents (moms and dads, grandparents, guardians, birth, foster, and adoptive) who want to dig deeper into their own process. Insightful Parenting offers parents a safe space and time to explore how their strengths and vulnerabilities affect their parenting and how the joys and challenges of parenting affect them as individuals. * Facilitated by two licensed mental health counselors and experienced parents, Karen Noble-Newman, MA, LMHC and Carolyn Carlson, MA, LMHC * Small group size, 5-8 adults Where:Eastlake, Seattle, WA When: fall 2009 Time:Mondays, 6:30pm-8:00pm Fee:$45 per session, due monthly.
