Lisa Ann provides the following Therapeutic Services:
Individual Play Therapy for children ages 2 years to 99 years Talk Therapy for children and adults Family Therapy Consultation regarding Social Skills challenges Social Skills Classes
Insurance:
Lisa Ann accepts First Choice, Premera, and Regence insurance for individual and family therapy. For clients with other insurance plans, she will provide a detailed monthly statement that can be submitted to the insurance company for reimbursement.
Financial Assistance:
All income levels are served. Please call and we can discuss a payment plan or sliding scale.
Rate: Lisa Ann's current rate is $120 for a 50 minute session.
