Karen accepts Regence and First Choice Health for individual therapy. If you have coverage from another insurance company, she will provide a detailed monthly statement that you can submit for reimbursement.
Karen is also on the panels for several EAP programs.

Rate
Karen's rate for individual therapy is $100 for a 50 minute session.
